Refund Policy

Cool Gear Imports has a 10 day refund policy in respect of goods returned in an unused condition complete with original packaging. A restocking fee equal to 25% of the value of the goods returned will be charged. If goods are found to have been used they will be returned at the purchasers expense.

Warranties

Cool Gear Imports is a reseller only. Products sold are not manufactured by us. The products may, however, be covered by each  manufacturer's warranty Cool Gear Imports assigns and passes through to the Customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and Customer acknowledges that it shall have  recourse only under such warranties and only as against the manufacturer of the products.

Consumers will be solely responsible for returning the goods to Cool Gear Imports. Consumer must first obtain authority from Cool Gear Imports before any goods are returned, Consumer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. All packaging, accessories etc shall be returned with the goods. A service fee of up to $50 may be applied for any non-defective products returned for warranty.    

Cool Gear Imports do not offer instant replacement or advance replacement. We try our best to speed up the process of warranty returns provided all products returned meet the warranty terms and conditions.

Cool Gear Imports makes no representation or express warranty with respect to the product except those stated in this document. Cool Gear Imports disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, as to any such product, including and without limitations implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and any implied warranties arising from statute, trade usage course of dealing or course of performance.
